Our Mission
At the Acts Foundation, we are a Christian nonprofit organization committed to living and sharing the love of Christ through service to those in need. Inspired by the early Church in the Book of Acts, each week we distribute free, nutritious food to individuals and families facing food insecurity in Philadelphia.
Through our partnerships with various organizations and food banks, we rescue food that would otherwise go to waste and distribute it to support vulnerable communities. We firmly believe that every individual, made in the image of God, deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.
Our mission is to be the hands and feet of Christ, feeding the hungry, spreading love and hope, and working together to build a stronger, more just, and compassionate city.
